Outcome:

• Replaced outdated VRF systems with high-efficiency rooftop units and automated controls.
• Replaced all Filters within Air Grilles.
• Connected system via BACnet interface.
• Installed Truflow spray booth
• Installed Seismic restraints for all equipment, pipework, ductwork, and piping.
• Achieved a 20% decrease in annual HVAC operating costs.
• Ensured consistent temperature control throughout the space, which was essential to ensure the sensitive equipment was not affected during manufacturing.
